Integrated Strength Training (IST) is an intelligently-designed functional training system based on mastery of the five fundamental human movements.  I created this system with the intention of improving both your movement capacity and your athletic performance. 

Integrated Bodywork uses a combination of various manual therapy and neurological reprogramming techniques, offering an integrated and effective approach to relieving pain and optimizing your movement.

Online Training provides a convenient and cost-effective way to get the benefits of working with me without any logistical issues. This service includes thorough assessments, customized training programs, and ongoing coaching all that fits nicely into your life.

Foam rolling and other forms of self myofascial release are fantastic tools to provide therapy for ourselves without having to go see a manual therapist. I am a personal trainer and movement-based manual therapist with a strong passion for helping people live healthier and happier lives. I believe that movement plays a very vital role in that endeavor. Movement is the lens through which I connect with, educate, and empower my clients. I believe that training is a way of life, not a short-term solution. I believe that disciplined practice and exploration of movement not only aides in physical transformation, but more importantly, it aides in the process of self-discovery and personal growth.
